Coaching is a powerful partnership between two or more people in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize the potential of the business and all its stakeholders.
Professional coaches provide an ongoing partnership designed to help clients produce fulfilling results in both their personal and professional lives. Coaches help people improve their performances and enhance the quality of their lives.

Coaches are trained to listen, to observe and to customize their approach to individual client needs. They seek to elicit solutions and strategies from the client; they believe the client is naturally creative and resourceful. The coach's job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that the client already has.
COACHING
According to the International Coach Federation coaching is defined as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” The coach is the subject matter expert at coaching, not necessarily the subject matter expert of the client’s coaching topic.
A coach works with the client to constantly motivate the client to achieve greater heights.
CONSULTING
A consultant is an expert who is called on for professional or technical advice or opinions. They are relied on to understand the problem and present solutions. Consulting is unlike coaching because with pure coaching, the answers come from the client.

Ray’s management background has been in the retail, restaurant hospitality and event industry for the last 25 years. His success has been in creating and contributing to new businesses in Saskatoon and in doing so, bringing the community together in an entertaining and social environment.
Outside of business, Ray also has a passion for creative cooking, fly-fishing and the outdoors, live music and his family. Ray’s extensive experience ranges from running earls Saskatoon for 13 years, opening and managing at Dakota Dunes Casino, Beilys, Birminghams, Cathedral Social Hall and the first Real Canadian Wholesale Club.
Michelle spent over 25 years in the Transportation Industry. She is an experienced manager, facilitator, trainer, analyst, and driver with a Class 2A License and the maximum SGI Safety Rating of +25.

Michelle’s’ passions fall to Safety and Compliance within the Transportation Industry. With Safety and Compliance and Education comes Company Cost Reductions. Safety and Compliance analysis is vital to the operation of a successful Company to ensure fleets and operators are utilized to their optimum potential.

Since 2007 Michelle has been a sought - after facilitator for Government Authorized Driver Safety Programs, focusing on Class 5, Class 4 and Class 2 vehicles and drivers with Canada Safety Council Certification offered. Michelle has also successfully built training programs for several transportation companies. Michelle approaches training and education with vigor to ensure companies can recruit, train, reward and retain top class drivers and management. Behaviors are driven by our values. Michelle’s programs focus on respect and knowledge. Training is offered one-on-one and full - size classroom sessions. All facilitation sessions and training are current and relevant with local references.
